I do not blog well
Happy Halloween month everyone!!
I fell off the blog wagon. I felt unappreciated. People read...not many comment. Bleh. I've been spending more time on Facebook and on Plurk where I write miniblogs or whatever they're called. One liners basically.
Since my last blog, lots of things have happened. On the surface, a very new thing has caught my attention. I've been reading any Stephenie Meyer book I can get my hands on. I've gone through all 4 of the Tw
ilight novels multiple times and now I'm going to look into The Host. I wouldn't say I am obsessed with Twilight, but it occupied my every thought and even invaded my dreams for several weeks!! I am impatiently waiting for the Twilight movie to opn in November. So, in that same thread of thought...I've also been catching episodes of TrueBlood online every week. I seem to have a thing for vampires!! Nothing new there.....
The kids are well. They're full of life and piss 'n vinegar. They enjoy running around screaming and throwing toys all over the house. We are tossing around the idea of a 3rd spawn, but not for at least another year or so. We have lots of planning to do and lots of thinking to do about the budget. Times are rough now, can we feed another little face?
We're having a garage sale weekend after next and I'm clearing out a lot of baby clothes that we no longer need. When R was born, we had enough clothes for triplets and so we're narrowing it down to the favorite outfits and getting rid of the rest! What I don't sell, I'll take to a resale shop and what doesn't get sold there, goes to charity! I do not need this much stuff in storage! I think I cleaned out 3 66-gal. tubs of clothes. It is insane. We're also downsizing some on the toys. If you've seen my playroom- you'd understand that need!
In the coming weeks we have some fun weekend plans almost every weekend! Fall festivals, fishing derbys, parties, and more. I love the fall. The weather is nice and it is fun to be outside again.
We had my HS reunion a few weeks ago, which was fun. I only narrowly missed winning the category of 'Who's Hot Now...Late Bloomers' which I suppose would be flattering if it didn't mean that I wasn't hot in HS! Oh well...I didn't win, but we still had fun.
