Hello FUBAR

,

I did something dumb.

We cloth diaper Miss O here, but the last few weeks, I was feeling lazy and needed a break from the cloth. I strapped some environment-killing-'sposies on her and called it a day. Happily, I threw soiled diapers into the bin instead of my pail.
Unfortunately, I'm not very smart. While I had stopped using the cloth, I didn't bother to ::WASH:: the cloth in the pail and they sat, molded and ruined in the pail, for a long time (probably longer than a week or so.) It wasn't until I had pulled these dipes out of the wash to put them in the dryer that I noticed my mistake. Don't ask me how, but in the process of ruining my diapers, I had thrown a few outfits into the pail....which isn't uncommon for me if they happened to get soiled in an exceptionally nasty diapering accident. I'll toss them in the pail, wash 'n dry them and then toss them in with the regular laundry for an additional wash 'n dry. Sadly, for these outfits, the pail monsters ate them. They came out riddled with holes like I have never seen and had to be thrown out.
Also one of my diapers suffered a similar fate. And several wipes. Those pail monsters were hungry.

I'm dying for some sun here ASAP so I can sun out all my surviving diapers and such to feel like they are truly clean again. No such luck today, it is raining for the first time in weeks and weeks! We'll probably use 'sposies until the sun comes out again. I won't put anything on Miss O's bottom that I'm not confident is clean! Girly bits are sensitive, am I right?

My neck ::really:: itches today. I just wanted to share. It is making me certifiably insane!! I can't scratch so I'm just going to share pictures of what it would be like if I could scratch my neck, which happens to SOME HOW make my neck itch worse. Oh the sweet release of scratching my neck would be so awesome....
